None of those links are working. Can anyone provide a (U), (U?), or Pal 50hz version download link? I need one that will work on my NTSC 64 with Everdrive. If I'm correct the Pal 50hz version should play fine on my NTSC console right?

Most likely your TV wouldn't accept that. 50hz with NTSC colors is unusual.

Makes sense. I can get the pal version of the rom to load but the video flickers up or down, I tried using S-paladin v2 to convert the pal to NTSC but it looks like it didn't do a thing when I try to load it on the Everdrive. I've searched different types of things like "MM debug" or "prototype" Majora's mask debug, all with a mix of either NTSC or (U), (U?) in the search and.. ect.. I can't find a single download other than the PAl version. You wouldn't belive the amount of dead links I have gone through

You can't force NTSC on the EverDrive 64?

No as far as I know I cannot. My TV mode is set to NTSC from the options of my ED64 and it still plays the video in pal when I try to load it.

Most of TVs don't care, actually.

How do I check if a rom is 50 or 60hz? I could just go through all of the MM debug roms I could find and see if they are. I'm pretty sure there are not anymore (U) roms of it floating around on the internet

Well maybe. Europe had superior TVs to us in the 90s at least.

I'm not sure if it would matter or not. Maybe for an older American tube TV but mine was made at least after 2000, probably even a few years after that. I don't think the colors would cause the image of the game to blink up or down when loading a Pal game. I can see the game playing it's just not playable with it blinking/scrolling the picture up and down like it does. I would think it's only doing that because it's a 60hz game

As far as I can tell the game looks like it is playing in the colors it would be if it was NTSC

Games only decide 50hz or 60hz. N64 sets the color in hardware.

PAL rom played on an NTSC N64 leads to NTSC color at 50hz.
That should explain why, on your American CRT, the picture is full color yet scrolling.
