Nice find @roubignolo! This one will undoubtedly go for a hefty sum, hopefully there will be something of interest on the internal HDD
Indeed Wonbat, Indeed. I miss my Katanas.
Sega Teradrive + screen :
"Complete" Famicom set closed for about USD $9600, did not meet reserve (USD $11,500).
Diskwriter user manual from Nintendo
Has anyone ever seen a scan of these?
Huge set of NFS Promo Toyota Dreamcast discs:
Anyone want to give me a few grand?
Ah, so Buyee is an auction service for overseas buyers. Just sold a load of SFC games with 9 of them being sold to Buyee. Thought it was strange they wanted every item shipped in a separate box. That's okay though, more money for me on the shipping.
Yeah, they have some sort of partnership with YAJ, their ads show up all over the site for people visiting from non-Japanese IP addresses.
Re: The Toyota discs, $2000 is too much IMO, but I can certainly front the money to get them dumped if someone wants to start a Gofundme to reimburse me.
On-topic: Does anyone know why this closed for so much? None of these items seem particularly rare and they can all be had individually for less than what the closing price was (including the gold Punch-Out). I think I am missing something.
Yeh, used them a few times service is ok but there fees really do add up. Having said that they have just changed and by all accounts are "better value". I'll have to check them out later.
I would support the cash pool certainly!
I maybe interested in buying a couple as well if they were subsequently sold.
Looks like someone is selling the animation cells used on the Cowboy Bebop PS1 game cover for +$500. As a huge fan of the series, I'd kill to own this. Hopefully it ends up in the right hands or gets resold when I have some more money.
Pics of the cover for reference:
Super Famicom box sold for 19,500 yen. But oh god the rust
Man, that went for way too much. I bought a few mint units two years back for 5000 yen or so each!
Oooh I'll take one off your hands for 5000 Yen
sorry man, I sold mine a while back.
Lot of four Japanese Neo-Geo Arcade Cabinets closed for around $2500 USD.
Development hardware galore here, looks like someone cleaning house from a dev studio.
Can vouch for kamukun_0720 (that link above this post); my Cross Products Dev Saturn and Cartdev Rev B. arrived in immaculate condition today, all in original boxes (not stated in the auction).
