The Wondermega has to be the best-looking console ever, I think. Besides that, a few other favorites: the grey Japanese Saturn, the N64, the SNES Jr., and the 64DD.

For me, its the N64, Dreamcast, or Saturn. I also like the original 360 and original model PS3 60 GB.

Agreed. I'd also add the original Xbox, it fit very well in any entertainment center.

Nice to see that everyone has their own taste in design.

Duo R, Neo-Geo AES and Super Famicom. I thought the prototype for Famicom redesign looked pretty good too. Way better than the AV Famicom/NES toploader.

I love the Sega Genesis Model 2 VA2.3 mother board. It has given me the least amount of frustration, and it's just so nice to look at compared to the VA1.8.

PS2 (phat) - Sure its abit bulky, but the sleek black mixed with the different shades of blue really made it look futuristic. Plus no glossy finish meant it didn't pick up fingerprints and dust like 90% of the stuff today

Saturn, Mega Drive and Gamecube were pretty sweet too. Although i always pick black for stuff i really wanted an orange GC back in the day

The first Master System, that system has still a great design even comparing an 7th gen console!

The megadrive sitting on the mega CD is amazing. The wondermega comes close.

I love the shiny silver Sega Saturn proto, too bad Sega changed it's color.

I'd say the Nintendo 64. I love the green logo on the front and I love how it sits nicely as well as how perfect the cartridges pop in and out the system.

All in all it looks really cool.

I quite like the N64 too. I love all the little rounded parts it has, like the round top where the Expansion Pak goes and the big cylindrical feet. Only real flaw is the way the AC adapter sticks out so much.

I'm a fan of the dreamcast myself. I also like the designs of the tray loader panasonic 3DO and the first edition Atari Lynx.

I have to agree on a lot already mentioned, but instead of repeating them I will add one more not mentioned...

    Panasonic FZ-1 3do

Edit: it seems dark posted it as I was typing my post lol

Another vote for the Wondermega here. Beautiful machine.

Close second would be the Duo-R or RX

That being said, I love the PS2 slim also. Being able to put your PS2 in a letter-sized Manila envelope? Fuck yeah, that's sexy as fuck.

I like everything symmetrical. That's why I don't like the Mega Drive 1 but do like the MD 2. I also like original silver (prototype) saturn
    [IMG]
The Neo Geo CD (the model seen here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neo_Geo_CD) and I love the PC-FX design. Other notable mentions; the Dreamcast, the Multimega (CDX), the Mega-CD model 1, the Net Yaroze, the XBOX 360 S matte black & the Jaguar.

Least favorite are the SNES, the NES toploader (my, what a monstrosity that is), PS2 fat, the PS3, the PS4 and those wooden Atari's.
