What are these machines called?

    What are these called and.......



    Can I buy one of these online like in Alibaba.com or something? :p

    At least the TXC Corporation (Taiwan) that have made Famicom clones also made something like that. I think they just port it. The game itself might be more old and popular there.

    Armorant's video lead me to this, and then this - the last paragraph, as well as the reference link, is what you want. Seems like it's an original Taiwanese game called Xiao Mali (小瑪莉). Unfortunately the exporter of these machines mentioned in that reference link seems to have gone out of business around 2011-12 (because that would've been just too easy, wouldn't it?), but at least it's a starting point.
