Interesting pic from Strider. Do the Genesis version has a 2 player mode?
that's Kyouryuu Ouji Don and it was indeed cancelled.

I'm spending a few days at my parent's home where I have about 40 unscanned magazines (= still not available on abandonware-magazines). It seems my scanner will be a little busy in the next days.

Arena is Elder Scrolls Arena, the hud icons are the same
I read somewhere that there was an ebay auction for a PS1 Elder Scrolls game (Could have been the ES Forums). I didn't get to see it because it was already gone, but that could have been a prototype as I've never seen a preview or even heard mention of a PS1 version of Arena until now.
Does anyone have a higher quality copy of this Azel concept art? I don't think I've ever seen this piece before.
DDD is strange.
It should be D-xhird but it's a fighting game (for Saturn) and doesn't match what the article says (I think).
Fault on journalist part?
Escaper was indeed cancelled.
Pato > Oh yeah, it looks similar to Elder Scroll - Arena.
Celine > The article doesn't say what kind of game it is, it focus on its main story, which match with D-Xhird's :
The protagonist of the story, Boy is seeking revenge against the assassinations of his mother and lover. Although he knows that their murderers are working for a cult that is seeking him out, he is unaware that they are doing so because he holds an ancient and powerful evil spirit inside him known only as The Shadow.
By the way, the main character is in D-Xhird, so... :
For my contribution to this thread, I Can confirm that "Galeos" was actually released in Japan, under the similar named title "Galeoz".
DDD as others have said is D-Xhird but what they haven't said is that DDD Project was the original title while the game was under development. Another anoying point about European magazines at the time was EVERYTHING was for PlayStation even if the game was multiformat. They very rarely mentioned that games were on the Saturn and PlayStation. DDD Project was always a Saturn game but the platfoe. The Sega saturn game has the original promotion videos hidden on the disc which those screen shots above come from. Here's a link ti the video on my site - http://www.segagagadomain.com/movie-pages3/ddd.htm
Yakumo > Thanks for the link. I heard about this game mostly through the VF3 thread but never gave it a try.
Jazoni > Thanks! Google didn't bother to correct my keywords on this one.
Bloodlust (arcade, PS1)
Can't see anything lol, on unseen64 there are clearer images of the game.
Trashit by Time Warner (PS1?)
I have no idea if it was ever released.
Yeah, Trash it was released on the Saturn, but only in PAL regions.
Yeah, I thought it could be something like that (extremely low print in Europe) since it was paired with Pittball.
Separate names with a comma.
