Thanks to FamilyGuy for gditools, S4pph4rad for GDIbuilder and Rocky5 for scripts

    - Changed ASCII Splash screen, to use - instead of Ä.
    - Made the Extract batch create the extracted folder & then extract the IP.BIN along with the rest of the files. (a one liner)
    - Changed the batches to use %~NX1 so folders with "." will be handled correctly.
(None of my games folder have "." as there all named after each game name)

Could you change the yellow txt to a light grey? As I use the classic colour scheme & you can't read it.
    (Please)

As for a sd card, I have an Sandisc Ultra Class 10 8GB.

    hello
Even if i found this idea really interesting and clever, i think you should remove "Official" from the thread title. It's a bit confusing, as i thought it was from Deunan itself (unless Deunan told you to open and manage his own thread).
Anyway, i'll keep you informed of my SD card models.

I haved changed the colour of the text. It is much better now to read on both themes.

Sorry about it. There is no option for me to change the title under edit. I am aware that "official" sounds weird when it is not started by Deunan. But there is no single thread decdicated to his product on this site. It was previously posted on the ""Let's make GD ROM emulation happen" Facebook group." page. I thought it was a mess. So I just started this thread out of my own initiative.

For SD/SDHC/SDXC TF card I tested:
    Transcend Premium 300X/UHS-1/Class-10 64G SDXC(Update:Highly not recommended)
    Samsung EVO 32G UHS-1 32G SDHC
    Sandisk 512MB
Toshiba Exceria Type 2 32G SDHC

Tested on firmware 5.10.0,with GDEmu v5.4
For the 64G Transcend and 32G Samsung,I have not tested to fill all their free space with disc image files.Only around 7G space is used.Tested with 52G filled yesterday and all games copied works fine.

    Updated on 2015.Dec.31:
It's almost 6 months passed. After a long term of usage with both GDEmu and Rhea,I would withdraw the positive test result of "Transcend Premium 300X/UHS-1/Class-10 64G SDXC",although this card works in most time.It causes random read error that lead the console back to no disc state screen.I have at least 2 card in this brand/model.All of them have this problem.
It occurs even more severe on continuos reading. For example,if I play audio cd track. It usually happen in 20 minutes. That cause pains on playing games with heavy loading works or use audio track as BGM.This problem has not occurred on the 32G Samsung TF card nor my newly bought Toshiba Exceria Type 2 32G.

For action replay program/region free loader,I suggest using X-Terminator.
I can confirm it works on US model and JP model.Loading gdi format games from oversea region flawlessly even with Windows CE based game like Railroad Tycoon.

It's code is compatible with CodeBreaker.Actually I believe it is actually clone of XPLODER released for Japan market.
Just avoid use two memory card on the same joystick or it will failed to initialize custom cheat save file.

Could you PM me the link for X-Terminator? Thanks.

Members please share your experience with games. Are there any particular game title that is not working? I am also trying to compile a list of non-working games.
    Thank you.

I dont know any... saw people talking about making one a few years ago but never happened... seems that it can read real time data changes like a hard drive or flash drive... but no one ever made one or knows how to convert

    X-Terminator link sent.

I have tested more than 70 game titles. Not yet found any unsupported.Only several non-official 3rd party tools disc that stay in other format.I have not been able to convert them to cdi format correctly to make GDEmu working with.(I used DiscJuggler newest Demo version which has full disc read feature.)It doesn't hurt as I seldomly use these tools.

    Hi,

I dont know if anyone else has had this issue, with GDEmu + GDMenu (v0.52)

I can load the GDMenu and it shows 2 games in the folders 02 and 03

but selecting either of them, it shows the DC logo anim and then reloads the GDMenu.

It will load either of the games fine if they are in the 01 folder, but I cant get the
    menu to load any game.

I suspect it maybe my GDEmu Firmware version, I have upgraded it to the latest version
on Deunans site, but I'm wondering if this has never worked, and its still on the original
    shipped FW...

Is there a way to be sure that its running the latest version?

or any other ideas what could be wrong (assuming it might not be the FW)

    thanks

While you're at it you might want to point out that this excellent script collection by Rocky5, using tools from S4pph4rad and myself, allows you to remove wasted space on GDI images. Saving hundreds of MB on some games, freeing precious space on SD-Cards.

It also allows one to mod game data if one so desires.
