Anybody watch Mr Robot? Its got me hooked.
Love that show.
Fargo on FX is/was amazing. Billy Bob Thornton "makes" the show.
Just finished Mad Men, now my life is empty.
I need to catch up with it. I'm not even sure if they started another season yet; I'm pretty out of the TV loop
A co-worker of mine just started MM. Is it solid all the way throughout, or does it end up "Dexter-ing" out?
I really need to start watching Bojack Horseman. I feel like I'm missing out.
Kitchen Nightmares on Netflix.
I have no idea exactly what Chef Ramsay does other than tell people they suck.
IIRC Season 1 and 2 are good then its kinda slow until 5. Season 5 is when it really picks up and gets interesting. The ending well...It depends how old you are for you to really appreciate it. I'm young so at first I though it was kinda lame. After thinking more about I realized how good it was. If you're 50 years old you will have a much better understanding of the ending. It alludes to something from before I was even born.
Watching some replays of last night's Smackdown.
Randomly hopped on Twitch. I see La-Li-Lu-Le-Lo streaming Sm4sh. I think to myself, I recognize that name... And now I'm here!
It's an MGS2 reference, so it might not be the guy from here
haha, yeah, he has 22k+ followers on Twitch, I had to check it out.
Bojack Horseman. I'm surprised by how much I enjoy it. Never thought I'd care this much about a show revolving around a half-horse/half-man. Life is funny sometimes.
Watching The Last Ship, not *that* bad actually. Anyone else watching it?
Also Ray Donovan and Masters of Sex.
Binge-watching Archer. It's been awhile.
He's a decent chef. There are a lot of videos on Youtube where he's just cooking something like Beef Wellington at his house. One video in particular cracked me up as a former Thai restaurant cook because he was trying to make Pad Thai for Theravada Buddhist monks and the head chef of that kitchen gave his dish a harsh thumbs down. Ramsey's intensity is like buttercups and giggle-fairies compared to the heat in a lot of Asian kitchens.
I'll have to look those up,
Anyone Ever watched the tv show on SyFy called Defiance? i freaking love that show me and my wife are hooked. another show we watch is called The 100 and thats a great show. other then that i mainly watch NFL and NBA
Also re-watching some old movies in my spare time.
Last night Tchoin and I tried to watch KINGSMEN and had to quit after 40 mins, what a load of crap....
I'm having a TERRIBLE time at suspending disbelief, and this movie was doing nothing for me...
Tchoin and I had a Scarlet Johannson marathon of sorts today. We watched Lucy and Under the skin.
Lucy was terrible. 20 mins in and the whole plot fell apart; it became too unrealistic even for the movie's own crazy premise of unlocking the brain's full potential. It felt like Luc Besson was trying to re-do "The Fifth Element" , and failing....
Then " Under the Skin".... I don't even know where to begin with this one. The lack of dialogue to build character was something that really bothered me. Who was she? What was her purpose? Why Scotland?
This one was a creepy movie, with some cool moments in terms of photography. The concept was also cool, but I need a bit more character building to enjoy a movie like that.
I watch also Last ship, before that Dark Matter.
Finished Bojack Horseman's second season last night. I really like the direction they took the show in. It's a perfect mix of black/dark comedy and drama. The show has definitely come into it's own. Can't wait for season 3 to be released.
