Yes, 1300yen before tax. I love how most Japanese shops write after-tax prices on their tags. They don't do this in North America for obvious reasons... "Oh, only $299, great!" later: "$335? Fuck this shit".

Thanks for translating that out for me. I had a hunch it was from a retail chain in Japan. Japanese illiterate me could only point out yen lol. I really need to learn it, I collect imports after all (///▽///)

Hello good friends! Is there any chance someone can advise what this floppy disk is all about? It came with a Sega TeraDrive once upon a time and does not seem to be bootable. Any help is appreciated as always! :)

It's labeled as a sample disk. According to the smaller text it contains several programs but there are no details about the exact content.

Hey guys, I need something else translated now. I bought a complete and boxed DSi and it looks like there's a stamp on the registration card. Anyone know where this guy was bought?

Stupid picture won't embed. Here's the link. http://imgur.com/orCoarD

I did look the store up. Pretty amazing. 11 floors I think if I'm not mistaken. I think it's pretty neat that my DSi started off in life at that very store. Might just be me but the stories are worth as much as the console.

Nah, I love this stuff too. Some of my Japanese hardware came with the original receipt that also shows which games the original buyer got together with the console or accessory. For instance, my Saturn arcade stick (the twin one) was purchased together with Virtua Fighter Kids on Saturday, July 27th 1996.

Can someone translate the name of the game and the content of this article? (also write down the kanji of the name so I could search on japanese site for more information)
Seems like a Sega RPG around 1993 with Momotaro as protagonist.
    Unreleased!?

Someone else will need to make sense of this. I just used google translate. But I at least found something, right?

    妖怪伝ひすい丸
    梵天の剣
    Specter Den jade round
    Sword of Brahma

Sega RPG Field type RPG in which the medieval Japan to the stage. And is suddenly struck by lightning, it has become a figure of crow Tengu, hero jade round. Why he, had been changed in such a figure? And ... the fate await him and the story like that, screen photo also been published, but seems to have some degree finished, imperceptibly natural extinction. To see from the illustrations, Momotaro and Kintaro, but it seems was supposed to appear until GyuuWakamaru and Benkei, it is very wasteful story.

Game Gear game that was unreleased.

Info found on this page http://ww5.tiki.ne.jp/~gakurou/game/gmihatbi13.html

EDIT: to top it off, i found a video which has something from the game here http://www.nicozon.net/player.html?...yZWN0L2luZGV4Lmh0bWw_dmlkZW9faWQ9c204OTQzMjUx..

This is from an article talking about a conference for Code R on Sega Saturn.
Someone can translate the text? I am especially curious about the two Quintet employees, one of which is Masaya Hashimoto.

I was playing Metal Wolf Chaos and felt the need to polish the translation of the game a bit. Starting with some of the screens that can definitely use the translating. If any body can help out I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
