At the recent Sega FES event in Japan they showed this in the Dreamcast 20th Anniversary area

The buttons seem to be marked I II III and it has a usual dc controller cable coming out of one side. Any ideas?

It's really cool to see how SEGA out of nowhere shows this, never before have we seen anything like this for Dreamcast. I suppose they were making a tablet/drawing application for Dreamcast.

Also did you notice that copy of Propeller Arena? If you look closely you can see the front cover is thick and is slightly rounded at the side... yep this looks like a full fledged manual! Most likely it's a fully pressed copy? :O

I really hope they release the code for the online.
That game would be a blast with Voice chat

I agree. I liked the game quite a bit.

This is curious. They did make quite a bit of peripherals for the DC.

Ah yeah does look like a drawing tablet! Wow that is pretty awesome that we got to see something never before shown off publicly.

And you are right about the manual. Damn if only they would share scans of it.

The cable in the bottom right, is that a Dreamcast link cable with a different connector? Doesn't look like the serial connector or Neo Geo Pocket Color connector.

Edit: Nm, it's the Dreamcast PHS cable.

Nope, Just a general sentence about there being a whole area dedicated to the 20th Anniversary of the Dreamcast and a few extra pics.

I wonder if there was any kind of text or document describing the contents inside the glass.
