I noticed that these systems don't have the stereo mod done even though they have stereo outputs on the back. So today, I took the console apart and fixed that error.

Last week my son and I went to IKEA in Shingu, Fukuoka city. Very close to IKEA is a pretty large Hard Off. We just had to check it out. Is it better than my local Hard Off?

Every single time you make one of these videos, it makes me want a grey saturn... even though i barely had any time to play games lately

I've had mine for years, and I like it a lot. I'm going to play Radiant Silvergun on it in a few minutes.

Johnny, you should buy one. There's an amazing back catalogue for it.

Finally after about 8 months of waiting I've found time to bring you the MSX 2 episode of Retro Core 5. So what is the MSX and was it any good. Let's find out.

Is it really going to kill my up-scan converter? Does it only show 3/4 of the image? Let's find out.

Here one I bought months ago. It's the Retro Mini. It claims to be a perfect GBA player but is it and what else can it do?

It's time for another Gaming Pick-ups video and also to see what you guys have been buying. Oh, and a little look in Hard Off again.

Probably the smallest Famicom system I've featured on the channel and surprisingly one that's pretty good.

Man, can't they ever upgrade that SOC? Composite video is so bad, and the dot crawl there seems even worse than a real famicom over RF.

Having watched nearly every episode of GCCX where they play a famicom game (Over RF, clearly recorded over composite out from the TV), it never looks as bad as it does on some of these clones lol. That or my memory is not as clear as I thought.

It's neat to see them in different form factors, but it'd be nice if there was a nicer one. Well what am I saying, that's why I spent 180$ on the AVS. (That doesn't offer 240p out though)

The very first of what will be a monthly prize give-a-way for my Patreon supporters took place live last night. Check it out to see who won this month's prize.

I've looked and looked but could never find one so I've made my own. So here it is. As far as I'm aware this is the first video on YouTube in English that shows how to replace the battery on the Neo Geo MVS MV-1C board.

Have you ever wondered what Sonic the Hedgehog beef curry would be like?

The concept of gaming-related curries should be familiar to anyone who read SSM back in the day:

P.S. This was your best episode to date! ;) When can we expect a full cooking series?

Ah, and before that there was Puyo Puyo curry. In fact there are loads of game related foods in Japan. Most of them are sweets but sure, if people want to see them I'll be happy to do features on them.

Knowing collectors, someone out there probably still has that Warp Curry... I remember one of the limited edition copies of Enemy Zero that was delivered in a massive wooden crate (by none other than the late, great Kenji Eno) resurfacing a few years back, so it's possible!

Now here is a very odd one. A console that claims to be 16bit and touch screen. Is it really? Let's take a look.
