Here's the original vision of silent Hill Origins shown in Leipzeg before they changed gears. Borman does a fantastic job explaining it in his videos, so go watch them if you want more info on that. Special thanks to MBMM and Borman for making the release possible.
Included is the original dev images and an iso that works on CFW psps.

Some unused stuff in the demo:

Model of the Butcher, wich is not used in the Demo, trying to load him into the game will result into a crash:

Is this game funny (in a humor way) like the developers said once?

I tried running it on a PSP-3004 with CFW 5.03 GEN-B but it crashes as soon as the PSP Logo fades.
If someboy gets it to run on real hardware, please let me know me what PSP model and what CFW you are using.

I'd really like to check this out, but right now I'm out of luck...

I tried messing with the ISO driver, language setting, disabled all plugins etc. but no luck.
I guess I'll try upgrading the PSP to 6.60 Pro CFW.

I haven't used the console for years, maybe that old firmware I'm running is causing the crash.

Do you have 64 mb of ram enabled?

I can set the clockspeed to 333 mhz, I don't see any option to set the amount of ram in my CFW's recovery menu, though.
I really think that this CFW is just too old.

The leaked demo of Climax UK's Silent Hill Origins runs fine on my PSP, but this one doesn't.
I'll try upgrading to a new firmware and post again if/whether that helped.
