Is there a fuse in it?

Yep, but fuse is intact, used a new one also, but no power at all.

Replacement parts for this console are very rare, since the console itself is already obscure.

If you are interested in repairing this, beware that the PSU handles the live (100VAC) mains.
The normal PS2's PSU has overvoltage protection, in the form of devices that look like zener diodes. When the PSU is exposed to overvoltage, these devices break down and start conducting electricty, fusing the glass fuse. Have you tried checking if these devices exist?
Have you identified and replaced all components that look damaged?
