Does your drive look like the picture I posted above? I was aware of the different lasers, hence why I said I wasn't sure.
Cool thanks for that, I wish I had the time to look at the sega cd I have. I do know that a tab that holds that black spindle that lifts the laser is broken, just not sure what else is wrong with it. I may just replace the caps on the 2boards, wrap them up and put them away as spares for my mega cd.
