After 24 years Rayman creator Michel Ancel managed to locate his original build of Rayman for the SNES (something he once thought was lost forever) burned onto an EPROM, and the best news the game still works, for those unaware before Rayman was developed as an Atari Jaguar title the game was originally being made and developed for the SNES with completely different character designs, and a completely different story that takes place inside of a computer world instead of the fantasy world where the main character was a human named Jimmy who becomes Rayman in the computer world as opposed to the character we all know and love today, this is an amazing discovery as it's an important piece of Rayman's development history, and hopefully the SNES version will see an official release one day so fans can see what Rayman was originally going to be before shifting development over to the Jaguar
