Me too. I hope that they put up some footage of the prototype in action. Hopefully, there's a disc still in the drive, if it's not lying around someplace at Dan's house.

@Phillip Aggazio I get your point, dude. But still, why do they even think that it's fake anyways?

Well everyones a critic.for one he hasnt proved that it works at all with any game. The model that he has doesnt exactly replicate what nintendo and sony worked on.I mean theres other models but his is mighty odd.lets not forget that Nintendo and sony never confirmed this system or prototype to be real.

Less your fault and more the fault of the person who brought it up first yet again. No worries.

I know it's been said before but interesting selection of venue, showing it off in Hong Kong. I wonder if it'll go on tour to other places in the world so we can see it up close ourselves!

I feel like this is going to turn into a Jackie Chan movie. It's going to be transported to Hong Kong, get stolen by gangsters and there's going to be an epic adventure to get it back! :D

You comedians, they won't be so stupid as to allow pirates to steal the prototype before it could be examined.

I would consider $12k an insult, he will find a buyer that will pay at least $50k+ I believe.

$50k....pssh they can milk this for free worldwide holidays for life :p....honestly if it was me i would do the same, get some free holidays make some money from fee's and once the buzz has died down look to sell (although as a collector i don't think i could, but in his shoes)

The sky's the limit really with this - and good luck to him.
I'd not be at all surprised if someone genuine offered him a million. The thing is literally priceless as it's a very significant piece of gaming history.

I'm wondering if there are any famous celebrity collectors out there? It strikes me that most collectors are regular people, but there must be a subset of very wealthy people that want this stuff that have no problem throwing down the cash, but not necessarily the skill and determination to seek out the rare items.
