Need Help With Compiling Xbox 360 Mame Sourcecode

    gamezfan has just recently updated the mame 0.72 emulator for the original xbox and he has added a lot of new games and fixed a lot of games with graphical bugs.
    anyway seeing as lantus ported mame 0.72 to xbox 360 about 5 years ago,gamezfan went and added all the
    new drivers and fixes he made for the original xbox port and added them to the xbox 360 verson of mame 0.72.
    anyway in the link below is the new sourcecode for the new mame 0.72 for xbox 360,i was wondering if someone with experience in compiling xbox 360 code would be able to compile it and upload the .xex file if at all possible.

    Thats cool until new retroarch builds are out (they currently working on a build fix for 360)

    I'm going to fire up my compiler today, lets see if this works :)

    Yes, i fixed framework error. Compiling now... This mame seems to be WIP stuff

    Edit: fixed compiling errors too, 3 cores didnt build and idk if sound works.

    I thought compiling the source code also give you the other files required to run the build and not just the executable

    Works perfectly amazing release let’s bring back the emulation scene back to the Xbox 360
    Now..... if I can just locate a Complete rom set for 0.72

    Cool, I'm glad it works. There are some other files in build folder I'll take another look.

    Meanwhile I'm on a hunt for the rompack ^^

    Not just any ROM pack you want the complete mame set I don’t even recall what is compatible with this version of Mame

    Hi there thanks for making the build in the end i think my ole dev PC wasn't upto the task, just
    had a quick question did you manage to sort the compile issues with Asura Blade / Busters
    and Denjin Makai.??

    If it works on the development kit it should wor needs to be patched

    i can confirm that this emulator works on a jtag/rgh xbox 360 without patching the mame.xex.

    Here is a proper release for this.
    i have incluced the sourcecode and created a readme for this new release.

    Do you think that this will revive the Xbox 360 emulation scene?

    How insane would that be to see an Nintendo 64 emulator that is not XELL

    Hi there i made a very small change to the Midway T-Unit graphics removing a redundent pen map which in turn
    gives the Midway T-Unit and W-Unit games a slight performance boost, this code is fine in retroarach and on the
    original xbox but maybe it's causing the above graphical problems on the 360..???

    @Traace please can you make another build with this video file in which i've reverted the above changes to see
    if that solves the problem, simply drop this file into the vidhrdw folder........

    but when i try to build asurabld, asurabus, denjinmk drivers, i get unresolved external symbol error, maybe some files are missing?

    LOVE IT!!!!

    ALL the NBA JAM games work perfectly proper speed and sound! pity Primal Rage does not have sound :( lol its ALL good tho thank you!!
