So in short, use a prepaid debit card from a store, a fake name and use a proxy.
Yeah, seen this before. Good read to find out exactly how MS cooperates with law enforcement.
They actually cooperate with law enforcement?? My uncle's xbox360 was stolen among other things and MS was like, "too bad, so sad".
I think this gives a good hint about the pnet bricking...
If you're paranoid or wanting to do something that might get you into legal trouble sure.
I find the sections on what exactly they need to get the job done somewhat amusing. After seeing all these cop shows do their magic that won't remotely work in reality (such as all the enhancements they can do to pictures/video) that the cops need it stated that giving them the screen name "blahblah2" won't cut it as they need the @hotmail.com, @live.com, etc portion too.
You'd think it'd be obvious to anyone worth their IT spit, but I guess not.
I used prepaid cards for ms points and sub, and not used correct info, unless i need to ship the system back.
I wear a tin-foil hat whenever I go near my Xbox.
Separate names with a comma.
