Woah, hillarious ! :D Wherever you got that from. Congratulation ! :)

Did you dump the ROM already ? Or tried a debugger ?
I could offer hex-editing skills with the dumped ROM. :)

But I guess you arent going to share it with me. ^^

Is there any way that you would possibly send the dump or cart to someone for examination?
Like to try and figure out the code via reverse enginerring, and such?

If you can't dump the ROM (unlikely) you cannot find the code for yourself. If you won't dump the ROM and share it, others cannot help you find the code.

Not to mention it'd be a nice thing to do to share the ROM for others to enjoy.

It looks like you need a crew/member ID and/or a serial number. (Translation done by a friend.)

As its 6 digits long, maybe it "just" the Nintendo Network ID ?

For sure it would be easier to look at the dumped ROM, than making a guessing game out of this video. :)

I watched the video, nice stuff.

    The main menu options are:
    パスワード入力 (Enter password)
    パスワード変更 (Change password)
    シリアルナンバー入力 (Enter serial number)

In the next screen it says:
クルーIDか社員番号を入力してください (Please enter Crew ID or Employee Number)
    and then:
ご自身で決めた6ケタのパスワードを入力してください (Please enter the 6 digit password which you defined yourself)

    Next screen:
入力内容が間違っているか、重複しています (The entered contents are either wrong or overlapping)
正しい情報を入力してください (Please input the correct information)

According to the "No-intro" forum, there had been 2 auctions of these training cartridges in 2017 :
(credit for the pictures goes to xuom2 of the no-intro forum)

One was the eCDP NTR-CRUJ-JPN, training for newcomers :

Rough translation of the tweet: This is A McDonalds Training DS, It was used for Mcdonalds training and came with a set with DS software which was used for training of McDonald's crew (perhaps). I Finally Got this item, and It is complete in box I want to say, But It is missing the important software.

The DSI itself is a Japanese retail unit, and Can be used to play Any Nintendo DS Game. Apart from the Mcdonalds Engraving, It can be updated and used like a normal Japanese console.

The Nintendo Zone box just says "Store front wireless distribution box for Nintendo Zone" - it may or may not be part of the system, but in any case it doesn't have any mention of McDonalds on it.

Those Download Station carts clearly don't have anything to do with it either - they have ESRB markings so are clearly intended for the US market. The Japanese stuff is rated by CERO.

Yeah, those DS download station carts just have demos and stuff on them, nothing to do with McDonalds.

    i've used it in convention.
they just share SSID and WEP (or WPA) & instructions to customers console. (you need a hidden wifi or not with internet)
Nintendo Zone appear on your console and you have access to different services (Internet, games online, Nintendo Zone or eshop). you can give access or not to this services.
No related to Mcdonald's & don't have any demo !

We were used to make a spotpass from the Nintendo Zone and distribute "MII" of IWATA (himself) and another MII that made you win eshop games.

IWATA came in the convention same week :3
