Just popping in (again, as my previous post yesterday didn't make it due to my crappy connection), to elaborate on the image:
it is NOT a sticker, it's actually a 'Temporary Tattoo' :)

I do have the exact same one here, it's approx 5 by 5 cm, 'Proudly made in the USA', patent pending and mine has part number 00026-USA6.
I had it in Official Dreamcast Magazine's cd cardboard (Vol 10, Jan 2001), not really sure of its origins though...

The guy that posted it is in Japan which I thought was odd, I asked him if he could try to purchase it for me but no response.

Jet Set Radio allegedly started development on N64 before ending up on the GBA... Just like Mother 3.

    Coincidence? I think not.

Despite your best intentions, it definitely comes off that way. The link doesn't actually send you straight to an article or image covering the "game," but instead straight to a sign-up page for a group. It would be impossible to get information from your source without first supporting it. I guess it doesn't really matter now, though. The ridiculousness of all of this has been pointed out ad nauseum.

Jet Set Radio would look terrible on an N64, just saying.

Actually, it looks quite good - even without the Expansion Pak:

P.S. From what I can tell, Sega only supervised on the N64 version of JSR with most of the hard work being done by one of Nintendo's own in-house teams under the direction of Shigeru Myopia...

    ;)

I think that is a result of trying to replicate an attempt at compressing music for the N64. What I did was that I took a MP3 rip of the original Hellbilly Deluxe CD (I ripped it myself) and cut down parts of it and put them together and rendered that as 11khz mono sound using Audacity. Who knows what would have gone down with the actual N64 hardware.
