Ok so I can’t pretend to have been the one to discover this, but I have tested it thoroughly and here’s the deal. I was sent a message from someone else who tried it and they let me know they had a positive result.

The 3DO CH Flightstick Pro has the appropriate amount of buttons to be able to get out of the cockpit view of the car in IMSA and allow you to cycle through all the available camera views.

Additionally as the CH stick is an analog device, the game becomes MUCH MORE controllable. It’s definitely not perfect but compared to the standard 3DO pad...worlds apart!

I will be testing the six button SF pad for my M2 as well to see if that is working correctly like the CH stick.

But knowing the CH stick works is a huge plus. Obv you can’t just run out and buy a proto pad (unless you stupidly pay the $2500 someone on eBay wants lol)

That's great news! Those flight sticks seem almost as hard to find as any M2 stuff.

They aren’t the easiest to find. Took about a month and someone else actually gave me a heads up about one for sale. But I’m sure they are still more common than M2’s lol

Hey I think that was me that gave u the heads up, I posted a couple YouTube vids with one on IMSA.

I got one off eBay a few months back and another off Yahoo Japan about a month ago; both complete in box and about $75 each. It’s a really nice flight stick and after some practise is workable with IMSA.
