Looks great dude! A bit expensive, but it looks awesome
Just a "bit" expensive, though I'll be looking to recoup some of that money in Atlantic City this weekend...
Very nice, thanks for sharing, has given me some nice ideas
Which part: the customized arcade machine or the gambling?
Pretty damn impressive.....if I had any idea about electronics I may be tempted
But not that bright :banghead:
Plus I would still want all the consoles out on display as well...so extra purchases
Out of curisosity what`s the PROGRAM with the cat on the debug?
All it does right now is draw a triangle to the screen and lets you manipulate it with the controller. It was just a simple controller test program I made up to make sure that the XDK was working properly.
I regret building this now. Takes up too much space and can't get rid of it...
Do you plan to put any art on the sides or on the control panel or to just leave them plain?
Well, it's been plain for over a decade now. Not likely to change anytime soon.
Did you get a decades worth of fun on it though?
Any updates? When you building a new one?
No, I only played it for a couple of months before getting bored. A cautionary tale for those looking to get into arcade stuff.
That's one reason a Supergun can be quite handy. Or rather than building a whole cabinet you could build something smaller or something that breaks down.
