I have installed a larger hard drive in my Xbox Debug Kit and installed the Hack-devkit-GueuX-V2.

I'm able to play retail games from disc and hdd now. Im using XBMC as a dashboard.

I've copied all my save files from my original xbox to my debug in the appropiate folders (udata & tdata). The games do recognize my savegames, but I always get an error message ,like:

    unable to load profile
    highscore list damaged

Every commercial game seems to be affected.

I have copied my save games to other Xbox consoles without any problems. Does anyone know why it does not work with a dev kit?

Aren't Xbox saves signed to the console unless copied with the dashboard? Maybe debug has a different key?

Thanks for the hint. I've copied the saves via the official Dashboard to an official Memory Unit.

Unfortunately it's still not possible to load the saves from a debug.

Probably it's not possible at all. A debug usually runs unsinged code. However the Xbox retail games are signed and probably savegames are as well. Probably I have to decrypt the savegames?
