    I do have a WTB thread but I think I will reach my goal of getting my hands on a new decr-1000a soonish.

    I am looking for a 1chipMSX and a NDEV system as well.

    Other than that, take your time and lmk when you have the money or make a serious offer.

    Is it possible to develop using this device? Is it just a newer version of the NDEV?

    No, it just runs compiled games just like a normal Wii, but from a hard drive.
    And you need those compiled games and the application to transfer them to this device. :)

    I understand you don't actually develop on this device, however I was trying to figure out the general Wii DevKit. Is it just a windows pc for compiling the program data, and then a utility that sends it to this device? Does this device allow real-time debugging of your application (like let's say Android development)? What was the difference between this and the NDEV?

    You can debug with the RVT-H, need a PC, the software and a mini USB cable.

    Its like a RVT-R just with a hdd instead of a disc drive.
