KRIKzz, thanks again for making this possible. It was great organizing this group buy and you handled it professionally. You, and your carts, rock.:033:

I've just received my SNES Everdrive. Works perfect so far.

KRIKzz - thanks for the idea, production and delivery - it was my dream once to remind the old titles I played on SNES being at schoolage. You made it happen !

dutch - many thanks to you for initiative and perfect group organisation !!!

... it's great that current development is dedicated to next 64 Nintendo console ... as well as dutch will wait for launching date announcement.

Hey hey ! the postman had just droped me my package !

The first thing who surprised me (without the rough packaging ^^) it's how thin the SuperEverdrive board is !
and the second is how well those damn TSOP were well soldered !

But I see on the SuperEverdrive board (Rev 1.3) a DIP28 socket labelled "DSP1" on the back !
So I presume I could put a DSP chip taken from a donor cart on it, isn't it ?

    ... 3 hours later ...

ok, I've tested the super everdrive a bit (a little bit ^^) and it's working perfectly.
It's not too hard to make the instalation but if I could suggest you:
making a little instalation manual would facilitate the first run (with what files must goes on and a litlle step by step procedure, by exemple).

So beside that I wish to thank you for your work and support and my thanks to Dutch too for making this group (and making peoples happy by the way ^^) !
    thank you guys' !

I've been having really spotty support of subdirectories while trying to load up my sd card, haven't been able to narrow down 'what' is causing it. I'm not exceeding the max roms per directory, but half the time I setup a directory none of the roms in it will launch, either being detected as UNKNOWN TYPE0 or SMS when they are genesis roms. The same roms will work perfectly if moved to root of the sd card, so I have no idea what is going on there. Anyone experienced the same issue?

Hey, no worries - they appeared today (always seems to be the way if you ask the question, then they arrive!) Only tested MD so far, but got it going no problems at all!

To KRIKzz - Thanks for making these amazing carts, I will likely buy all future Everdrives (especailly Nintendo 64, PC Engine, and Game Boy as they become available! Can't believe I didn't already buy before now!

To Dutch - Thanks for the opportunity to participate in the group buy!

Now I can put all my loose carts on the shelf back in their cases and run everything from these babies!

    Cheers,
    Paul

Is the SD card formatted to regular FAT, and not FAT32, or something else?

You can always buy directly from his site or other resellers.

However he mentioned that he is done with group buys for quite awhile.
