    Reflow is used for soldering surface mount components - I think the idea here, is that you'd use it to heat up the 360 board to 'remake' the solder connections affected by thermal issues. Not my area of expertise, but I suspect that this approach would knacker more than it fixes for this particular problem. Either way, it sounds like an expensive alternative to the towel wrapping method!

    It's not worth fixing a 360. The board warps under heat and
    the machine will just die again.

    Yup,a rebal is the best way to fix a 360.A reflow is more of a temporary fix.
