I like to share and preserve the informations about my PAL Set of Development Alpha/Beta discs from Diablo for Playstation. First at all, big thanks to steven78 for the set!

Diablo was one of my fav games back in the days. First release was on PC, but the console version on the PS1 has different hud, texture and other console optimizations.
The Port from PC was developed by climax UK in the spring 1998 (late 1997).
As a PAL development, im looked to get the Pal set of discs.

29 discs from very early state of alpha till some kind of beta Version, Submisson and modified test versions included. So at the mom i dumping all the discs to get a better overview.

So i hope you enjoy anthing upcoming infos, pictures and movies!

So you both guys bought the Steven Lots ? I am glad both lots comes to you. Another lot will be sold to someone else. I am still helping Steven to find out what data are on all the other discs he have. It take time to identify some datas, but we have been able to discover great games !

So i finaly dumped all the discs. No Sourcecode, "only" builds from Alpha to beta :)
Lets start with the soonest version i found. Its the "Easy as Pie" Version wich is dated dezember 97.
Right at the moment i upload the first movie! Its really nice one. At the intro is some developer voice message?
Full cheat and Debug setting as lv warp also include. Hope you enjoy!

Ok, thanks. Really excited to see Climax UK's assets archived as opposed to half thrown out.

ahh cool thanks for the info!

Next movie from the Alpha 0.41 Jan 98 Codename: Django is on the way. They have some differents to Easy as Pie.
    - Monster setup for lv Warp
    - different Loading screens
    - lv1 is different from Easy as Pie?
    - only one player, player name creation has now more characters
    - Bent in options, some kind of cheating detection
    - no more Cheech and Chong ;)
    - some more cheat options
