the test models do both. ps2 was software dependant. i did see an option for RGB in the menu though browsing through it.
due to size and weight youre looking at 150 for shipping... do you have a freight service or something stateside?
Check http://lorezan.free.fr/ps2/PS2 Tool guide.pdf (admittedly this is for the original PS2 TOOL) however it may have the hidden VGA port that you would need to access to check for video output on the PC side. You should still be able to get video output from the PS2 section however. I'm willing to help (as a potential purchaser) where I can however difficult given not many have used the PA's. If you can get back to me re: diagnosis and shipping that would be great thanks. Shuma - if you're in USA could you post up the dimensions and weight of the PS2 TOOL/PA? I use a local freight service and I can use this to estimate shipping to where I am - thanks.
it would be 55 to ship to somewhere in the usa also im looking into that guide... that seems more like a repir guide. il try to mess with it today for you.
The Playstation 2 debugger's DTL-H30001 or DTL-H30002 units? if you have 02 (Pal) debugs, I'll take one
Could you please list the model numbers of the four tests?? I'm thinking one might be a DTL-H30102 by the looks of the firewire port on the front.
I would check I would not be surprised at all if he had DTL-H30102 units as well. Although it's like pulling teeth to get lists of what is available from him (not Shuma but the guy that Shuma is selling for.)
good evening then, you still have one of these consoles available, give me price with shipping to France thank you
These are the consoles that allow MagicGate Encryption. I would buy one but all my money is tied up in my new web hosting company at the moment and I've got a wedding to go to in 2 weeks. So yeah........ Would be nice as it's one of the last things needed for my collection.
Yes, in general you'd need to determine (-if- the PA is similar to the TOOL) how to get VGA output from the PC-on-a-PCI card to see the Redhat GNU/Linux installation booting up and interrupt it in order to set the password/fsck the internal boot drive/other diagnosis mechanisms. If you can quickly measure up the size (length/depth/width) and weight I can use this to estimate a shipping cost out of USA to where-ever I am thanks.
