With sound, music and widescreen enabled it looks and sounds really good. Too bad there is not more to do. Only works with a controller I see. This really is a neat world though. Also, I had to set the paths first before it would work which is not mentioned in the readme file. (it's there, I just missed it.)
You can play that character if you change it in the setup menu. It's the Giggler model. He slides around though. No walking animation.
The gorilla model. That's awesome! The first two characters have full controls, but it seems the rest you can move, but not punch. Fun to play around with regardless.
Well in GameAssets folder, I am sure there is more content and if someone is skilled, he could compile exe that can access more areas than this one. Overall, for people who know this stuff, there much more to see, as well as building a potential Xbox, PS2 and GameCube builds.
Whoa thats awesome. I hope community here can make some cool stuff Would be interesting to run it on modded consoles too but of course PC should be kept as well Is it possible to access harbor level from game?
Here’s a link to the actual game files, this would be the work we did after the demo: http://www.mediafire.com/file/p0787otv3u16iod/weaselassets.zip
Dude, seriously, that is really cool of you guys. It really is amazing having developers on this site contributing to the preservation efforts. It means a ton to those of us who are really into the history/technical aspects of the games we grew up with, and sometimes, for ones we never got to see.
this is amazing! I have been waiting a long time to finally play this! HUGE thanks to Eric, wouldn't have been possible if he didn't contribute.
I had noticed that. I was more concerned with the entries like jaws asking for a master file or some missing .cr files. Are you by chance aware theres a PS2 elf file in there? If so do you remember what tool controlled creating the main executable of the game? I'd like to see this running on non-PC stuff and theres already a good contender here.
Hi, Assembler Games forum! It's Eric's old pal, Brian. I have an encyclopedia's worth of Weasel things.. mostly design stuff.. and I'll be plopping it all down here soon if you like. Meanwhile, I'll start things off with this super sweet, high-res logo!
Brian, welcome! Thanks so much for stopping by and sharing the logo artwork. This is such a cool title, and there's a lot of excitement over the material released already. We'd love to see and learn more!
