Most of them can be found on the Internet, the Sonic one was for instance a 15th anniversary papercraft and could be downloaded on Sega.co.jp. I think I still have the *.pdf somewhere, but beware: It's a pain in the ass to construct (I'm at 70% and there's no motivation to proceed^^). A couple of weeks ago I finished a papercraft from the bike in Contra: Shattered Soldier (PS2). Looks quite nice, official Konami stuff either (from their website).
Damn! :nod: You mind checking for that .pdf? That Sonic one is awesome. It is pretty hard to commit to finishing papercrafts at times though.
