seen them a lot in old game stores. Pretty nice just for the big CRT. They mostly use JVC screens.

Yes. Many stores kept using them well after the MD had moved on. I've seen Saturn's, PS2s and even a Dreamcast use one of these kiosks.

It's Parasol Stars, just in case someone wonders. No word on the content past the title screen though.

Is that the original STARS 200 run, or the later Famitsu run that was apparently even more limited?

Crazy that it's currently at nearly 15 times its original price, though! Have you still got yours?

The STARS DC was sold for >500.000 Yen!

Yes - i still have both Biohazard DCs including the STARS unit. And i am really happy i didn't sold these consoles!
Don't know which is for auction. The Dorimaga contest units have no LE sticker on the back - they usually sell for less than the "standard" STARS DC although they are much rarer. As far as i know there are only 30 consoles without the sticker.

Yeah, well done keeping those! I remember your collection of Dreamcasts was awesome ;)

I've heard 30 without stickers, too... although I haven't seen anything firm on that.

Crazy price! Wish I'd picked one up when I had the chance years ago!

I don't know much about that game, but the seller is reporting that he's been collecting games for 20 years and can't find any information on the game at all on the Internet, so one can think due to rumors/texture of the game that it's fake. It appears he bought it in some shop in Akihabara.
