Included in the HALO History Pack, this Check Disc runs on your system to check if you have the latest XBOX patch installed. I believe this is the same patch you could download from the XBOX 360 website and burn to a CD-R. This was just a pressed copy, in a regular slipcover. What's included? I believe so, I've never heard of this disc at all until I got the HALO History Pack: http://hexigon.blogspot.com.au/2012/12/xbox-halo-history-pack-has-arrived.html Unless the patch wasn't able to be download from XBOX Japan's website. Not sure if this disc was included in any other game or even able to be bought or included with a magazine.
