Couldn't you patch a retail xbe to run as a debug xbe? I don't know as much as you on the subject so pardon my ignorance. Is this Simpsons game the only thing an Alpha can run at this point? Would be interesting to see what all CAN run on an alpha system.
You would need source code to games to be compiled. The hardware and software is very nearly completely different.There is also Dark Summit out there. Considering beta software doesnt work on retails. alpha and visa versa wont.
