I would prefer one that looks professional like the ones offered at stoneagegamer and retrograte. I already tried contacting them and they won't sell the shell only. I'm offering up to $50 for a professionally made one. Maybe less for generic one. Must be able to show the led lights too. Please pm me or email me at ray.elarmo@gmail.com

    Thank you in advance

I am looking for a nice one as well. If I come across one I will post a link here. You're right, the cases there are very well done =)

Have you looked in to whether or not RetroZone will sell you SNES cart shells and if they will fit with the SD2SNES? Making a label should be quite easy.

That's an interesting idea. I think it's a CF hole, though. I recommend picking up a cheap used SNES game. I found an NCAA Basketball for one dollar that had a case in pristine shape, I just lack the handy skills to make a clean hole in it for the SD card.

    PS
To get labels off an original SNES cart I find Goo Gone works really well after letting it soak for a minute or so.

Yes, unfortunately both compaines (stoneagegamer and retrozone) will not sell the shell alone. Trust me I've tried. I ended up going to a local place and having them make one for me, it is costing me a pretty penny though. However, I treat the Sd2snes like the holy grail of snes flash carts (I love the speed and the compatability over the Super Everdrive). So it is worth it to spend a little money on it for me :)

The Sd2snes is a good purchase and making a case its not difficult you just need patience.
