In my personal experience, that money won't buy you one (assuming you mean canadian dollars). To give you an idea, here in the UK they go for £200 at a minimum for a ok condition with no extras etc but a more average value would be £250 (and rising as time goes by). £200 translates to roughly 300 canadian dollars I believe. I think it's a similar situation if you import from Japan as well but with that you would have to pay import duty most likely. Just my thoughts...
