I had an entire NUON collection many moons ago.
Just to get your expectations in order, keep in mind that Next Tetris was a mail-away freebie for the Toshiba NUON unit (though I've heard conflicting accounts that they later packed it in with the Toshiba player, but I strongly doubt that) and was a disc-only release. Therefore, finding a "complete, factory sealed" copy is pretty much impossible.

It's not really a great game either...very incomplete in comparison to the Dreamcast version as there are no backgrounds or any other extras.

It did come packed in with some of the very last Toshiba version Nuons sold as I received it that way. It comes in a plain vanilla DVD window sleeve, so all you can hope to get is a new or mint disc in a generic sleeve.

Toshiba only released the SD-2300 model Nuon enhanced player. It's not a specific model, but rather the last batch of that model that had the disc enclosed, after the mail-in offer expired. Really, unless you open the box, there is no way to tell if it's in there.
