UK WTB- Modded Sega Saturn (preferably PAL)

    As per the title, I'm looking to buy a modded Sega Saturn. Wires/controllers etc. not needed.

    I'm in the UK so would prefer a PAL Saturn and/or to buy from someone also based in the UK if at all possible to save on shipping costs, but open to all suggestions.

    Specifically, what I'm looking for is a console that will enable me to:

    - Play back-up CD-R burns
    - Switch between 50/60Hz mode so that I can play imports at proper speeds and without stupid borders.

    Look forward to hearing from anyone willing to sell.
