And it was selling for under ten bucks when EBGames clearing out many moons ago... I collect this series myself and also was surprise how much sealed brand new xbox Part II on eVilBay
We didn't get Zero edition here. I did the same however for the Playstation 2. My sister bought 2 and 3 when they were turfing them out.
As said before, YOU DO KNOW "Fatal Frame - Zero: Special Edition" is NOTHING special? It's because the original PS2 title is called Zero in Japan. So as to make this crystal clear: "Zero Edition", which you speak of, is a incorrectly used title. Just get the Pal version. (Unless you'd really want it for collecting purposes??)
He's looking for the normal Japanese version. Both this and Crimson Butterfly were named Fatal Frame on Xbox in Japan. Instead of Zero like PS2. Should update the topic title to be more clear...
Er... That's what I said. There is no other edition. It's just how they named it. I was pointing out that it's nothing special at all... And it would be a moot point to grab the NTSC-J edition, as I doubt it'll have English subs or interface.
Who said I wanted this because it had something special? I clearly want what's in the title. I don't mean to sound rude here but: I'm aware of what this "edition". I know you're trying to help, but please I'm not uneducated with the whole XBOX titles and looking up wiki pages. Just because it's on eBay for nearly $300 doesn't mean it's worth that much. I just like this copy in my collection for way less than it's listed there. The thread wasn't asking for information, it was asking for a copy of this game and version.
Yes but the title is the part that's not clear to an outside observer before opening the topic. It doesn't say what console you want (Xbox) or game version (Japanese).
A big XBOX icon says so. Fatal Frame ZERO on was release on XBOX anyway. Fatal Frame Zero wasn't released on any other platform.
I normaly browing with pic turned off so wasn't aware the req was for xbox. Yes there was no Zero xbox release in AU from memory. But I recall PS2 version was superior? Anyway it's not about the game play just the collection purpose. ^^
If someone has it, they'll know clearly lol PS2 version was just released beforehand, we did get the first one on XBOX here.
