US WTB: 64DD dev cart slot adapter

I have a development 64DD unit and am looking for one of these, which comes in two parts:



(apparently not working with IE)

It's a joint and adapter to plug two carts into the cartridge slot on an N64. If you have one I'd love to nab it from you!
Don't worry if the CIC chips in the top are missing; the boards themselves are really what I'm after.

No idea why it would be acting up, but placed a link to the same image above it.

 

It seems the only way to load it is to copy the URL, open a new browser tab, paste it into the address bar and go.

 

Okay, since the first image wouldn't play nice with Internet Explorer, used two others from http://level42.ca/. Hopefully they don't mind ;*)
