    I can actually get this done, the issue is shipping which has SKYROCKETED in the U.S.

    Shipping a shirt to you in EU would cost a fortune.

    I'd have to find one of those places that can compact a shirt into a cube for promotions or something.

    Shipping to Germany alone would be $15-20...

    Use a place that would ship them in Europe. Easiest answer is one of those "to order" places, like Cafepress. They set base price, you add whatever.
