where do i get a jtag cable for cheap?

I was wondering where i might get an updater cable for cheap
is it possible to just wire one up or do they use a chipset?

I now have this but was wondering how to properly orient the cable on the everdrive board. Basically does the notch on the cable go to the inside or outside.

this connector will work only after modiffication (to many pins)

The picture on the page is a generic picture for the whole line. That link is to the 10 pin version. I was confused myself when i first was looking.
