    Honestly?

    $50mil to my Parents.
    $500k to this site to keep it up and running.
    $50mil to buy a private plane.
    $20mil in the bank.
    $125mil to various Charities.

    I'd keep some of it liquid for sure, but I'd dump a lot of it into low-leveraged (~50%) core office and apartment assets. That's what I do for a living, so I think I'd be able to deploy it intelligently.

    I'd buy a house with enough land to put a private racing circuit in, big car barn, an apartment in Japan somewhere, etc. Just live off interest and cash distributions from the real estate.
