I already have most of the consoles I want. The one real exception is the 64DD. I've wanted one for a long time, but I've never been able to afford it (taking into account the other things I spend money on). One positive thing about buying the 64DD is that, although it's pretty expensive, the price stays pretty much the same over time. I think that's probably because it's a pretty obscure system that most people have never even heard of, so its appeal is limited to a small group of people. I'm almost positive that I will get one eventually, once I can get the money for it. It's pretty high on my list of expensive shit that I want to get eventually, along with an Astro City cab and a new computer monitor.

As far as why I want it, I just find it interesting because of the technology it uses, because of the design, because it's kind of weird and obscure and very rare, and also the fact that it was a failure. There are a few other systems that I kind of want, but don't really need. The 64DD is the main system I'm interested in.

In the same boat as la-li-lu-le-lo, however I'd love to own an Xbox Alpha Tower. I do have all the consoles I've wanted now, along with my PC built to where I wanted it as well. I'm quite complete in that sense.

Well.... I want a 3DO. And not just a normal 3DO, but a Goldstar 3DO. There is just something special about it.
    I also want a Vectrex. I mean, who doesn't want a Vectrex ?

I'm in the same boat. Partially for the Alone in the Dark port, partially because they're just so odd to me. Also a Phillips CD-i would be a happy addition.

The only console I don't have that I would really like to get is a Turbografx 16 (or PC Engine), and I eventually see myself getting a PS4 just because, but I'm in no hurry.

Or a working Master System/Power Base Converter.

I've wanted a PAL SNES or Super Famicom for the longest time. They look so much better than their US counterpart.

Pretty sure they never made one. The screen was for the GPS or games.

No, they did, but in really low numbers I guess. I know of 2 boxed examples, and have seen 3 loose ones for sale over the years.

I would love to have an old Atari or Odyssey, just to display mainly. I've been corrupted by the functionality of the newer systems and my PC...

I already have a couple Game & Watch games, so that one was checked off my list of things to obtain.

Would love to get my hands on an NES now that I am starting to get these older game consoles. Yeah it is easy to find, but still it would be cool to have one after emulating the system since the early 2000's.

True, but you can easily mod a US SNES to play SFC games, not so the other way around.

I would really like a Capcom CPS Changer one day. Whats not to like about a console that can play the genuine arcade versions of my favorite Street Fighter titles? Like most console collectors, I am short on space, but there is always room for another awesome console even when it means less furniture.
