What part is this?

I took apart my 360 with Trinity MB to clean it. The face plate has a thin orange colored plastic thing that controls the power on it. I must have been rough with it because it tore a little and it wouldn't work. So I taped it to the face plate and it works most of the time. If I push on the face plate now it sometimes kills the power and acts erratic. What is this called and where can I get a replacement?

Is this a simple repair? Any advice, so I don't mess this one up too?

 

Super simple. eBay that description I provided, rip the old one out, adhere the new one in. I did this with a retail and an xdk with no issues afterward.
