It might be worthwhile to just have one typo thread, since they should be very low priority. Here are what I have found so far:
    • Hover text/tooltip for the "Game Development General Discussion" forum says "for topis" instead of "for topics".
    • "Station" should be capitalized in the "Playstation 4 Development" forum name.

There is a bit of inconsistency in capital letters in forum names, mainly in the dev section.
"Discussion" and "discussion", "Development" and "development".

    God I'm anal...

Inconsistency in the use of fullstops in the hover text over forum names, again mostly in the dev forum.
The hover text for the Japanese Computer Gaming forum needs a space after "Sharp,".
The hover text for the PlayStation 4 dev forum has a lower case "s".

    God I'm anal...

    I'll look at it later.

I wrote a style guide for the Wiki - PlayStation not Playstation, Mega Drive not Megadrive or MegaDrive, CD-i not CDI, CDi or CD-I..... :p

Well, being a PS4 dev, I have to follow Sony's guidelines for capitalization.

I almost don't want to mention it, but you forgot to update the hover text. :D

No, you are creating consistency and excellence. Please don't feel sheepish.

The hover text for the Nintendo Game Development forums needs more spaces after numerous commas (unless it's a character limit thing) as well as deleting the space after "NES" (it reads currently "NES ,FAMICOM, SUPER FAMICOM, N64, GAMECUBE,AMC DDH,GDEV,T-DEV,Triforce, Wii,N-DEV,RVT-R,RVT-H,Wii-U,CGB,AGB,DS,NITRO,NDS,3DS")

Most of the hover text lists in the dev forum are separated by commas, yet some aren't "Xenon, Zephyr, Falcon, Opus, Jasper, Trinity, Valhalla, Corona." compared with "PSX / PS2 TOOL / PS3 TOOL / PSP / VITA" and the mish-mash "8-bit / 16-bit / 32X , Game Gear, Nomad and Pico".

Also if hover text is a list, perhaps have consistency between a pure list and using "and" before the last entry in the list (above examples show this).

Being a Sega fanboy I'd also personally list the various 8-bit and 16-bit consoles in the hover text for the Sega Discussion dev forum, like the Nintendo Game Development lists consoles, although given the separate Saturn and Dreamcast dev forums I understand this may not be overly useful or clear.

    Oops!

I think I covered everything above. I agree on the Sega front - from an SEO point of view, 8-bit and 16-bit weren't really that useful, so I replaced them with a list. I also added a few more home micro manufacturers to the Computer Gaming forum - mostly British, but some US.

I'm not happy with the Commodore forum being "C64 to CD32" when VIC-20 came before Commodore 64 and PET came before that. KIM-1 was earlier still, if you want to be pedantic.

I think wheela is anal, I THINK. Might be wrong, it's not clear enough.

    But consistency is important :)

Some texts under names show the properties of that text instead of displaying it. Eg: On my profile it says "Site Supporter 2012" and it should be bolded but it has the bold tags around it instead. It does this in both Opera and Chrome so I don't think it's a browser issue.

Custom titles, e.g. "Site Supporter 2014" used to be in bold font, by means of formatting tags as part of said titles. Xenforo escapes those, so now they say "<b>Site Supporter 2014</b>" instead.

Edit: dang, scanned the thread for this bug and missed the report pretty much right above this one... Oh well, time to report another bug, because now I can't seem to delete this!
