Tutorial: Mod WiiU VWii Homebrew + USB Backups

Hi everyone,

It's been a little while since I made a tutorial.... So I made one

This tutorial covers "jailbreaking" the Virtual Wii console on the WiiU using all the games that are exploitable (not just Smash Bros).

As usual I've tried to make this as noob friendly as possible but if you need help just post a comment here :3

I notice it says for any firmware, can you confirm this?

 

So now you can run WiiU Iso's off a usb device like you could on the original wii? Or is it to only play Wii iso's on the WiiU?

 

This has been possible for a while. It's only to play Wii iso on the WiiU.

 

Ahh I'm excited to see WiiU backups playable via usb. When the console is discontinued that is. Don't agree with modern piracy naturally.

Well there have been a few system updates since the VWii has been exploited, safe to say Nintendo have turned their back on the Wii.

There is a WiiU ODD in the works

 

Are you talking about 3k or cobra? Or something new?

 

The Wiikey is the main one I've seen around online, cobra dont seem to have a proto yet
