Hi, got a clear Trinity (final?) slim Developent/Test kit. The kit does not have the sidecar port and does use the rounded prototype HDD. My problem is that the Nand seems to be corrupted and the included Nand dump also seems to be useless. When powering on the console it starts up and doesn't output any video. After about 20seconds i get a rdod. The console does not boot from a recovery DVD. It spins the disc up but still stays with an rdod. Would be great if anyone would have a donor nand to get the console to boot a recovery. Or could point me in the right direction what i would need to do.

Yeah, this was a total pain in the arse with one of my prototype slims. I eventually did get it working though.
I already tried xebuild but didn't really get very far. I can set everything accordingly but need to choose the kernel version as custom to select the devkit setting. Haven't done a lot with Xebuild and need a hint here as i have no clue what files i need to supply xebuild here. BTW: I got the CPU key off the console and it is the correct one. I can even open the nand in J-runner and it validates the KV as good. There must be a problem somewhere else. Well Flash360 just crashed when i try to open the nanddump.
Hmm.... apologies, I will get you those nand copies as soon as I can make it to the kits. Been spending far too much time at work lately.

Still need a trinity XDK donor Nand! Got 2 dumps but without cpu key they are not usable. Would someone here be able to help me out with a donor Nand including the CPU key?
