    Looks great! I agree that it would be nicer if the scart connector was on the other side of the board so it faced the same direction as the other outputs. Not really a deal breaker though. I will probably pick one up when they go for sale.

    Nice work! I'll probably have to pick one up depending on price. I was wondering why the Dreamcast wasn't working with my XRGB mini via SCART, but had placed the blame on my cheap cable.

    It should work fine with a regular SCART cable, but you'll only get 480i. With VGA-> Combined Sync, you get 480p.

    I am excited. Will this work on a PVM 20l5 (and specifically, display in 31khz since that particular PVM supports 31khz frequency? Just needs the sync combined)

    Yes, it outputs 15 and 31khz through VGA and Scart connectors. There is a switch to select.

    @beharius Will it be possible to add a HDMI Port? Combine the Audio and Video signal into in to one port?

    I have currently 3 testers all around the world, in Japan, in Germany and in the USA. I hope for the future products we can work.
    actually Toro is working fine however they have a privilege to test it first...
    until that time they will be built to be shipped from stock immediately.
