I have to agree with BrAzE on this, I personally believe that it's only fair that all of the "original donors who donated during the initial fundraiser" get their pressed discs before the torrent is released since they're the reason this is possible, after that AFAIC everything else is fair game.

Two weeks Geist time. Not Earth time. You have a few years to wait :p

    Has everyone got their copy?

We had to wait over a year for these copies. I think waiting a year for a torrent would put the downloaders into the Geist Force spirit.

Spotted Geist on a couple of sites this morning... no doubt it's going to filter down now.

Not a big deal if there's a torrent elsewhere tbh.

I have checked all major retro and DC sites I know of and Geist is not on one of them. Provide some proof as I call BS on that one. I looked at UG, BG, BCG, TiZ, 128-bit.me, DC-Talk, Segahub and none have Geist Force uploaded, not even DC++ Sega Palace hub has it there. It was uploaded on UG but I nuked it to abide by Kevin's wishes two weeks ago.

If you need it seeding I can do it. My PC is on 24/7 365 days a year. It's used for downloading British TV shows. I have a fast connection too. with up to 50mbps uload.

So can i upload the custom build i have with an optimized file sort applied once you post yours? It would be on a tracker i help moderate and gladly allow access to anyone that would like it? I can leave it running 24/7 as well and this build isnt nearly as hard on the laser as all tracks are packed together using a hacked build if NullDC that shows when each file is accessed? I just dont want to go against your wishes.

Does it run any better? If it crashes at the same points?

That sort wasn't made by using the modified nullDC. That modified nullDC only works with GDIs, not CDIs. It was just made by grouping the files together by level.

Yes it does run better as the seek times as reduced and my DC didn't die playing this version ans stayed MUCH cooler.
