    Kev, it's clear no one wants him here. Making a poll is just wasting all our time really, I'm with everyone on this. A scammer is a scammer, and shouldn't have any leverage over the rules. He's had a second chance already? Where's the logic in this?

    It seems it's rules for some, and rules for others. I'd have Kiwi back than Gman, people who scam are scums... Guess I can have a surely NSFW avatar now?
    Just get rid of him, save everyone from being scammed -_-

    to be honest i dont think theirs a clear definition of what a scammer is on here, Assembler accused me of scamming him (with no proof, even when asked for it) so personally i now take everything he says with a pinch of salt anyway and certainly dont trust his opinion of who is and isnt to be trusted since his actions towardsscammers have been questionable (i.e. letting them back on here)

    What assembeler did makes some sense... You can only ignore a crying/wining child for so long before you give in...


    How to add a user to your ignore list:
    Settings tab(upper right)
    Edit ignore list(middle left)
    type user's name
    Okay

    A ban doesn't mean anything, he could just sign up with a new account. There's nothing to stop him doing that.

    By allowing him back in then people know exactly who he is and can make informed decisions if any trades occur, etc...

    ^^ In that case why not create a new user group with no PM access and no BST access, while most of us know of him now, thats not to say that he might just do business via PM with new members and no-one would be the wiser.

    What about other previously banned users?

    Exactly, but letting him come back without hiding who he is, with assemblers blessing - undermines the whole point of a ban.

    Hes going to be here regardless - so why welcome him back and show a ban means nothing.

    The part I don't get about all of this is the fact that none of you are even remotely 'angry' towards the guy who ripped off gman - take a look at the threads in question (posted on page 1) - In both threads it appears to be two people essentially ripping each other off... doesn't anyone else find this completely hilarious?

    I don't think either of them should be banned for making fools of themselves.
