Feedback: As soon as the costs were worked out, Tchoin paid immediately. I arranged a DPD pickup, but the company let me down, twice! That meant there was a delay in getting it sent off. I kept Tchoin upto date on what was happening, and eventually got the parcel sent off. Tchoin was SUPER patient the whole time. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Would happily do business with Tchoin again.
